This portal lets you look up your account, review balance and resolution options, make payments, set up payment arrangements, get receipts, and contact us — including to dispute an account. You are never required to make a payment to use the help and dispute features.

Accuracy of information

Balances and offers shown reflect our records at the time of viewing and may change as payments and adjustments post. A receipt is your proof of an online payment made here.

Payments

Payments are processed by Authorize.Net on their secure checkout. Your card or bank details never pass through this website. Payments may take one or more business days to post to your account.

Acceptable use

You may only access accounts you are authorized to access. Attempting to access another person's account is prohibited.

Nothing on this site limits the rights described in the validation notice you received. This communication is from a debt collector.
